On September 13, 2023, the LCFD responded to the area of Colebrook Rd at Adamsville Hill for reported motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival crews found a single vehicle accident vs a guardrail. The vehicle left the roadway and came to rest on top of the guardrail. The vehicle operator was self extricated from the vehicle upon LCFD arrival. The operator sustained minor injuries.
