Last week the Little Compton Fire Department conducted Marine Rescue training along with the Little Compton Harbor Master at Sakonnet Point in between East and West Islands. Members trained on area familiarization in between and around Lloyd's Beach, East and West Islands and Sakonnet Lighthouse. As well as deploying our rescue swimmers to retrieve victims off the rocks.
